Haha! What a spectacular sight that must have been this morning when Team USA came from behind in the series and pinched the America’s Cup back from the Kiwi’s, who I’m sure a few days ago felt they were home and hosed!!!
I had to have a chuckle though, when our TV presenters proudly advised that there was only one American on board … almost the entire crew was made up of foreigners (7 Aussies and 1 Brit that I know of … not sure how many others were on board!).
Still, it was a fantastic achievement by Team USA to come back and win like that! Well done to all concerned!
And as for those pesky Kiwi’s? I think their Prime Minister hit the nail on the head with a simple Twitter post. It read … “Bugger!”
