Just letting you know that today I’ve posted another new chapter of Mardi Gras Murders! That’s Chapter 16 we’re up to now, while 17 is being edited at the moment!

Many thanks to those folks who have been letting me know just how much they are enjoying this story. A little bit of encouragement means a great to those of us who write these stories, so as always, if you like something that you read online, I encourage you all to let the author know, no matter what site you have read it on!

Once more I have been surprised by the stats for my website, with visitors dropping in from close to 80 countries around the world, and viewing more than 34,000 pages. Thank you all for visiting!

Hello All! I hope this finds you all well?

Just letting you know that Chapter 15 of Mardi Gras Murders has now been posted! I won’t say too much about this one, apart from that it delves into the seedier side of life for our boys!

I’ve also started doing a bit of house-keeping and migrating some more of the stories from the old site (where most are still located) to the new.

As this process continues (and as new chapters of any story are added) I’m creating links directly on the My Stories page and the home/index page for each of the stories. This will hopefully help those folks who were having a few issues with navigating the drop down menus on their tablet devices. All anyone will need to do is visit the My Stories page and there will be clickable links to all stories.

So, with all that being said … I hope you enjoy the new chapter!

Hello All, and welcome to the new year. I guess that for most of us the holidays are now over and it’s back to work … uurrgghh! Still, not much we can do about that, is there? (Those lottery numbers never seem to be the right ones for me!)

Anyhow, I’m just letting you all know that Chapter 14 of Mardi Gras Murders has now been posted! Enjoy! 🙂

Yes, I know, I’m cutting it fine (it’s after 5pm here and I still have shopping to finish! lol) but I just wanted to wish all of you a very Merry Christmas and a safe and Happy New Year!

Things have been very busy lately (work wise) but I have managed to put together a little Christmas offering for you all. Firstly there’s a new story about a Christmas encounter, titled ‘Milk and Honey and Holly’,  while Chapter 13 of ‘Mardi Gras Murders’ has also been posted!

Hello All … I hope this finds you all well!

Wow! What a week it has been! Gay marriages become legal in the Australian Capital Territory (well, at least until we hear the outcome of the High Court challenge later this week), Tom Daley tells the world he’s in a relationship with a guy, and of course, the sad passing of the inspirational Nelson Mandela!

On the subject of gay marriages in the ACT, there was a very interesting poll on one of our local news websites, asking if the new laws in the ACT should stand and whether the federal government should butt out of it! The result of that poll was 120,000+ in favour and only 15,000 against! If that’s not a message for our government then I don’t know what is!!! (Most other **official** polls that you see only ever sample a few thousand people at best!).  Here’s hoping that the High Court and the government have finally seen the light!

And in other news … I’ve just posted Chapter 12 of Mardi Gras Murders! Sorry it’s taken a little longer than usual,, but things have been busy, and it is also the longest chapter so far! So, enjoy!

I’ve also added a new site to the links page (as promised to a couple of readers). You might like to check out Saber Creek Ranch for some more fantastic stories!

Hello all … first off I would just like to say thank you for all the great comments that I have received about this story! It’s wonderful knowing that you folks are really getting into the story … even to the point of some of you pleading for the lives of some of the characters! Now that’s what I call being engrossed! So, thank you!

The stats are also continuing to climb … we’re up over 18,000 page views now … that’s almost double what it was just a month ago! And we’ve now also had visitors from more than 60 countries! Simply amazing!

I’ve also had people asking to be added to the mailing list … which I’m happy to do … but the easiest thing to do is just click on the little ‘FOLLOW’ button that should appear in the lower right corner of the screen when you visit the home page, and you’ll automatically receive an update whenever I post something. (I hope this works on all machines … if it doesn’t work for you, please let me know, and we’ll revert to doing it the old fashioned way!)

So now … on with the show! Chapter 11 has just been posted!

Also, thank you to everyone for your feedback on the stories and the website. I’ve just been advised of an issue with being able to view the site on some devices, so hopefully I’ll be able to come up with a fix for it.

Hello All … just a couple of things for you today!

Firstly, I’m excited to say that we’ve just passed the 10,000 page views mark for the new site! And here’s a screen shot of the stats page just to prove it! 😉

Woo-hoo! That’s amazing! Thank you so much to everyone who has been paying me a visit!

And in other news…

I’ve just added Chapter 9 of Mardi Gras Murders to the site, as well as having started to have the story posted on both Nifty and CRVBoy!

I just received a message on here from WordPress admin to say my stats “are booming!”

How cool is that? LOL

In the past month alone there have been over 2,000 page views on the site (total at the moment is over 5,500 since launching the new site), while on top of that there have also been plenty of folks checking out my links to other websites … Nifty – 793, Dabeagle – 142, Remmy Meggs’ Affairs of War – 93 … while even the newer ones I’ve added this week, like Best of Nifty, CRVBoy, The Mustard Jar and Awesome Dude are also getting visitors from here!

So, basically I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to all you guys! You are amazing!  🙂
