Well folks, you’ve blown me away … or should I say, you’ve blown the record away! Yesterday was our biggest day so far on ponyboysplace.com, with 1357 page views! It is very satisfying knowing that there are so many folks out there who are still enjoying what I am posting. Thank you!

When I set out to write A Good Place — which was actually two years ago now — I simply wanted to wrap up the series that began with After We Danced, just to see what happened to all the guys ten years down the track. Once I started writing, however, it soon became evident that I would need to exceed the original 10,000 or so words that I thought I would need. I did end up quite surprised that it took me another 170,000 words before I finished the story, but in the end it was a story I enjoyed writing and was quite happy to put out there for everyone to read.

Many of you have come up with your own ideas and made suggestions about what should happen and where the story should go, which I have enjoyed reading. Just keep in mind though, that the story is already complete and was written two years ago, so you might just have to wait a little while to see how far off the mark your suggestions might be! 😉

Anyhow, seeing as you’ve all been so good to me I thought I’d give you a little present, by posting another chapter!
