Howdy folks. Just wanted to let you all know that I’m still in the land of the living . . . and to thank everyone for their lovely messages and emails!
I’m sorry that it has been so long since I’ve been online, but as I’ve previously said, last year was a real challenge and I just haven’t been able to get anything accomplished that I had wanted to.
I can say that there are things in the pipeline, so all being well this year will be the year I can get back on track.
Thank you again for all your encouragement . . . and especially your patience! Your support means a lot to me!

Thanks. So good to hear from you and yes, we are in a new year. Much has changed here with me and so much more seems to be in store for this year. We are agaion getting things ready to move agasin from the ranch to one of our places down town. This time, we are planning on selling the ranch property which includes a 4 bedroom two story house, five acres and multi outside building. After increasing ossur downtown properties we feel the need to spend more time controlling them which leaves us so much less time for upkeeing the ranch.
